Receipts
In the Receipts area you manage incoming and outgoing invoices: you filter the list, open individual receipts with a PDF preview, review the invoice data and hand over reviewed receipts to your adviser.
Filtering the list of receipts
- Filter by entity: Open the “All entities” drop-down at the top of the list of receipts and choose a person or company. The list then shows only receipts of this entity.
- Filter by receipt type: In the “All receipt types” drop-down, choose between incoming invoices and outgoing invoices.
- Filter by asset: In the “All assets” drop-down, choose an item, e.g. a property or a vehicle, to see only the associated receipts.
- Combine filters: All three filters can be used at the same time. There is also the full-text search (supplier, number, description) and the “Overdue only” switch.
The status tabs above the filters take you straight to receipts in a particular processing stage.

| Ready for export | The receipt has been prepared for export |
| Completed / Discarded | The receipt has been completed or discarded |

Opening and reviewing a receipt
- Select a receipt: Click a row in the list. The receipt opens with the PDF preview on the left and the invoice data on the right.
- Review the invoice data: Check the invoice number, supplier, invoice and due date, service period, invoice type and currency.
- Set the assignment: Use the Entity and Asset drop-downs to assign the receipt to the correct person or item.
- Check the amounts: Net, VAT % and gross are calculated automatically; the VAT amount is shown below.
- Save: Click Save at the bottom right to apply your changes.
Date fields (DD.MM.YYYY format) format themselves automatically. Type only the
digits, e.g. 05111988. Finaure turns this into 05.11.1988. If you type
the full stops yourself, the input shifts.
Handing over receipts
In the Handover tab you control the handover of reviewed receipts to your adviser.
- Open the “Handover” tab: At the top, switch from Receipts to Handover.
- Review assignments: In the Review assignment sub-tab you can see which receipts are still missing an entity and/or asset, or need them to be confirmed.
- Hand over: Fully assigned receipts appear in the Hand over sub-tab and can be handed over from there.
- View history: Receipts that have already been handed over can be found in the History sub-tab, discarded ones under Discarded.
Further features
- Archive: Use Archive in each receipt row (or in the detail view) to move a receipt to the archive. Archived receipts can be found via the Archive button above the list.
- Export list: Export above the list of receipts exports the currently filtered list for further processing, e.g. for analyses or for your adviser.
- Import lists of receipts: Use Import list to upload a prepared list of receipts instead of creating each receipt individually. Finaure then guides you through the import dialogue.
